COVID-19 Update 7 April 2020
Our discussions with government indicate we can anticipate a return to Alert Level 3 in two to six weeks.
We predict nurseries and garden retailers will have relative freedom to operate under Alert Level 3, staying under management plans for separation, hygiene, worker and public health.
Our Level 3 plan includes:
- full plant propagation, husbandry and dispatch operations
- working to current hygiene and isolation plans
- working separately, or from home
- able to purchase services and materials required to operate
- garden retailers open.
We have requested that NZ Plant Producers gets advanced warning of the return to Alert Level 3.
